For individuals, sole traders and directors we will prepare what is needed to submit your self-assessment return to HMRC to ensure you are up to date with your taxes.
Accounts
From £200 per set of accounts

Whether we complete your day-to-day bookkeeping or not, we can prepare your sole trader or limited company accounts, along with relevant tax submissions required to HMRC.
Online Software Training
£50 per hour

At AJ Accountants we use software to ensure all submissions are MTD compliant. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor we can assist in helping you understand the software as a one-off consultation so you can manage your finances alone, or on an ongoing basis. Whilst our accreditation is in QuickBooks, we also have experience in Xero and Kashflow.

My name is Alice Jotcham
Founder – Chartered Accountant (ACA)
Based in Gloucestershire with over 10 years of experience in the industry, Alice Jotcham leads the practice with a passion for helping small businesses and wants to ensure no one is scared of their accountant or the tax man.
A fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), Alice has worked across a wide range of sectors, and obtained ProAdvisor certification for QuickBooks Online to ensure client’s needs are met on MTD compliant software.

Known for her friendly, approachable style and meticulous attention to detail, Alice combines technical expertise with real world business understanding. Her goal is to simplify the numbers and empower clients to make informed business decisions.
